While conventional hurricane shutters and impact-resistant windows and doors are designed to fit most openings and keep your property protected, some openings are unusually shaped or too large to be protected with conventional hurricane shutters.

This is why hurricane resistant Fabric Shutters & Screens were created. They protect openings that otherwise would not be protected.

The Armor Screen is a flexible, transparent membrane designed to withstand even the strongest hurricane winds without rupture and to deflect large and small missiles. Meeting stringent building codes, Armor Screen is constructed of a technologically advanced, lightweight fabric which is 95% solid and 5% porous, effectively eliminating high winds and driving rain intrusion.

Because of it’s construction, Armor Screen lets natural light in and allows visibility. Once installed, Armor Screen is easy to deploy and tie down. Yet, when not in use, it remains rolled and tethered out of the way.

The screens are made out of stainless steel and mounted on aluminum frames which are custom built to fit almost any shape. Hurricane Screens can be used on windows and doors and offer maximum security by protecting against burglary. They are available with an inside latch that opens out in case of emergency exit.
