While conventional hurricane shutters and impact-resistant windows and doors are designed to fit most openings and keep your property protected, some openings are unusually shaped or too large to be protected with conventional hurricane shutters. This is why hurricane resistant Armor Screen was created. It protects openings that otherwise would not be protected.

The Armor Screen is a flexible, transparent membrane designed to withstand even the strongest hurricane winds without rupture and to deflect large and small missiles. Meeting stringent building codes, Armor Screen is constructed of a technologically advanced, lightweight fabric which is 95% solid and 5% porous, effectively eliminating high winds and driving rain intrusion. Because of it’s construction, Armor Screen lets natural light in and allows visibility. Once installed, Armor Screen is easy to deploy and tie down. Yet, when not in use, it remains rolled and tethered out of the way.

Armor Screen is the only hurricane resistant screen approved by Miami-Dade County for High Velocity areas and Proline is an authorized distributor and installer for Armor Screen.
