The My Safe Florida Home Program has helped thousands of Florida Residents to protect their homes by paying 50% (up to $5,000) as a matching grant for their investment in hurricane protection. By living in a single-family, detached home, Florida Residents were eligible for this program as long as the insured value of their home (dwelling) did not exceed $300,000.
