After all, you’re buying to protect your family, your home and your possessions. You need it done before there is emergency, before hurricane season or any other local emergency. Considering the time that it takes to process a permit, manufacture the products and then install them, you have to rely on a company that has the right tools, the experience and the process to get the job done when you need it. That is one of the reasons why Proline is successful at what we do. Our proprietary process called Pro-Genius monitors and tracks your order at every stage, from measuring and engineering through permitting, manufacturing, installation and inspection. Pro-Genius takes the guess work out of providing hurricane protection and makes it into a science.
Proline’s Pro-Genius process begins when our engineering department schedules a time and day for one of our engineers to go to your property. They certify our measurements, check installation procedures for each type of product and generate engineering drawings. These drawings along with product approvals will be sent to your city’s building department to expedite your permit. Once the Engineering stage has been completed, our Pro-Genius system changes to the Permitting stage, working to get the city permit completed. When Proline’s Permit Processor picks up the city permit, we enter the Manufacturing stage. Our Pro-Genius process goes through the Manufacturing stage and enters the Installation stage. Our production department coordinates the production of your order and advises our office personnel to contact you and schedule the installation. After your installation has been completed, we enter the final Inspection stage. Our office coordinates with your city for city inspection. You will be asked to expedite the inspection by making sure that your permit is posted next to the front door of your property and by giving the inspector access to the products installed.
